John Jackson is a one of, the east coast best scouting agents. He works for one of the top sports free agency firms in the nation. We want to know what its like finding new talent for the national homebuilders league (NHBL)?

Well, it’s a new world to explore for us, here, because many of the men and women come from all sorts of backgrounds at the moment. We take calls from people who have contractor background to self taught small business backgrounds. Our sports firm will represent them well and get them the support they need in this sport. My job is to find my clients the right balance between the right fit and the right price. For me that is the name of the game. The NHBL is new, fun to watch and exciting. With a focus on the word new, because most of the guy’s, I am representing don’t have a ranking, yet all are first years, most only have resumes and portfolio’s, no stats to run. We are looking for growth potential and its like picking from a stock sheet.

I’m all-in though, for the first season because I and other agents are looking forward to representing the best of the best. The new stars, before they become household names.
