Biltmore, has a new superstar, 35 year old Jay Gipson from Detroit, Michigan. A Caulker’s recruiters expressed how Jay was one of the best build athletes they saw that day, just amazing at try-outs, with one of the best times as well as, hitting many of his safety checks. We can’t wait to see more for him on the field.

We heard that he comes from a construction family in Michigan. We saw promise today in Jay. He got guys involved early, he clocked great times on all but one event. Wow.
