I got a call from a recruiter for the Nova’s to interview for the build sports. I asked her do you have the right person. I am a construction worker. She explained, I was recommended by one of my co-workers to interview for the clubs coaching position.

I am a Manger with 10 experience, I am 7 years away for full retirement but I had seen the builders league online and it got me to thinking, so I am talking to my family about it. Coaching is sort of what I do everyday, but without the camera’s rolling.

We’re in talks now, so yes this could be life changing move for us, plus, I could retire within my first years deal, so I’m listening.
